We do not knowingly produce copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected works without authorization and will comply with all valid takedown requests.
By submitting a request to PartLab, you confirm that you either own the intellectual property rights to the design you are asking us to manufacture, or you have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and authorizations from the rightful rights holder. You are solely responsible for any infringement or misuse of third-party intellectual property.
PartLab provides manufacturing services only. We do not design, engineer, or verify the legal status of submitted designs. We act as a service provider producing physical parts based on customer-provided specifications, photos, and descriptions.
